Hi, my name is Adam. I’m 22, from Manchester and have been working in the fitness industry for nearly four years. During my time as a REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer I have seen some incredible things done by extraordinary people. It’s always great to hear about the progress that people make, but it’s even greater to have been a part of their journey.
Fitness to me is more that just what you’re capable of in the gym, it’s how you control your body and movements in everything you do. I’ve had the pleasure of working with a huge variety of clients with a multitude of different goals; from getting off the sofa and running their first 10k, to massively improving the motor skills of a client with cerebral palsy. Whatever your goals or targets, I can and will help you get there.
The only thing I ever ask of my clients is to trust that I will never tell them what they want to hear, only what they need to hear in order to make the necessary progress. Together with your goals and my fitness and nutrition expertise, you will see the results you’ve always dreamed of.

Since my teens I’ve struggled with my weight, trying fad diets and quick fixes and
even personal training but always ended up quitting as I never saw the results
that I wanted and felt that trainers were not giving me the level of engagement

From that first session I knew that Adam was different from other trainers, he

achieve those goals but where other trainers promised the world and offered
very little support, Adam has been there every step of the way.
Adam has instilled in me the confidence & discipline that I always lacked, the
motivation that I need while being open and honest about areas that I need to
work on to improve and achieve my goals. I have gained the knowledge of proper
form & technique that allow me to effectively exercise, losing weight while
gaining muscle mass without injury.
