Introducing Chris Watts…

Chris Watts Personal Trainer - M20 PT DidsburyHi, I’m Chris, a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with a degree in Sport Education. I also currently work as a Fitness NVQ Assessor, training up new fitness professionals, I suppose you could say ‘a trainer of trainers’.

My areas of expertise are Conditioning & Weight Management, CV Fitness & Obstacle Course preparation and Group Exercise. I believe personal fitness training should focus on Functional Fitness techniques using a variety training methods and equipment, meaning your sessions will never get tedious. After all exercise should be enjoyed not seen as a chore, it’s a healthy viscous circle in many ways, the more you enjoy exercising, the more you’ll do it.

Whatever your fitness level or experience I can guide, support and motivate you towards your fitness goals, so let’s get started!

My Availability:

I’m currently taking on new clients between 6.30am and 8.30am on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday’s so do get in touch on 07531 296828 if you’d like to get your blood pumping before work! Sitting at a desk won’t help you reach your fitness goals so start the day with gusto. In fact, exercising first thing in the morning is proven to keep the mind and body alert, it’s been a tried and tested method in Japan for centuries…
