Vary your training for better results

Interval training is an excellent way to vary your training, burn more calories, supercharge your fitness and make workouts more interesting. It involves alternating high intensity exercise with recovery periods eg walk/run 1 min quickly followed by 1 min slowly.


This can be repeated a number of times depending on your level of fitness. To intensify further – cut the rest periods or increase your speed or duration.
